I'm Unna, the founder of UNNA Movement.

Early in my career, I realised we can solve most physical challenges, but the body can only thrive when the mind is willing. The largest leave in this is our inner narrative. This realisation transformed both my health, relationships and my career.

Questions like:

  • ‘How am I getting in my own way?’

  • ‘How do I want to show up in the world?’

  • ‘What is my body telling me?’

These questions, when answered, unlock true power. We are capable of so much more than we often allow ourselves to believe.

I work with both bodies and the minds that can sometimes sabotage them. True health success isn’t just about exercise; it’s about identifying what matters most and committing to your wellbeing—especially when things aren’t perfect. It’s about dismantling the motivation myth and using self-awareness as a powerful health tool.

With over 20 years of experience, my journey combines academic foundations in Exercise Science and Rehabilitation with practical experience in clinical research and patient care. I've worked across hospitals and rehabilitation centers, where I saw a gap in the transition from hospital discharge to community reintegration. This led me to create my own rehabilitation and clinical pilates practice, which eventually grew into Unna Movement.

At Unna Movement, I specialise in a top-down and bottom-up approach to leadership, helping individuals understand the physiology of their story to optimisae both their health and performance. We focus on creating a balanced, sustainable relationship with health that supports personal and professional growth.
