ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, attending, downloading or using services provide by Unna Movement, you agree to be bound by these terms, which you acknowledge that you have read and understood.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms at any time. We recommend that you review these terms on a regular basis to keep yourself informed of any changes.
These terms apply to all products, programs, events and services sold on this site or any other site owned by Unna Movement.
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION POLICY:
‘Cancellation’ is defined as not attending a program, event or session including postponing or rescheduling. Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing, but unexpected things do happen. Depending on when you cancel, cancellation fees may apply. Fees are determined by the following schedules:
COURSE OR PAID WEBINAR:
7 days notice is required to reschedule your place in the course. Payments made will be applied to your account as a credit to be used at an upcoming course.
If you reschedule within 7 days of your booked course date, 50% of the course fee will be withheld and the remaining balance will be applied to your account as a credit to be used at an upcoming course.
Credit on account is valid for 12 months from your initial scheduled course date.
THIRD PARTIES
Unna Movement holds no responsibility for the actions or omissions of third parties or independent contractors.
PHOTOGRAPHIC WAIVER
On occasion, we may take photos and video footage during our programs and events. By agreeing to these terms, you understand and give permission for photos and videos to be taken. You agree to release and discharge Unna Movement from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and video footage.
1:1 CONSULTING
48 hour notice is required to reschedule a confirmed session. Cancellation including rescheduling within 48 hours attracts 50% of the session fee. As payment for sessions are issued as invoices on the day of or after services rendered, any cancellation fee or rescheduling fee will be applied at this point and payable within 14 days of issue date.
COVID-19 restrictions and changes:
Unna Movement will be following all restrictions in line with government guidelines. If we are not able to deliver face-to-face courses when scheduled, these courses will be rescheduled and your place will be held. Our normal reschedule terms and conditions will apply if you wish to change course dates.
Refunds:
Refunds are not available for any of our courses. Course credits may be offered for extenuating or unforeseen circumstances, and this will be determined on a case by case basis by Unna Movement.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree that the services, images, audio clips, video clips, and written content used by Unna Movement contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Unna Movement, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of Unna Movement content may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission from Unna Movement. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on Unna Movement services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Unna Movement in any unauthorised way whatsoever.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Further, any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or a breach of any agreement between us and you will be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. As a user of this website and our services you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia and the federal courts of Australia.
