The physical changes throughout the lifespan are vast - from giving birth to hysterectomies to changes induced by hormonal shifts.

POTs
Supporting teenagers and young adults with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome).
POTS is a complicated experience and often appears in the puberty transition and is carried through to young adulthood. A time when life is complicated and dynamic enough as it is. To suddenly be pulled away from the security of daily life into negotiating overwhelming symptoms and decisions.
For the people I support at this time, I believe that the cornerstone of success are skills that strengthen “who am I in the face of this challenge.” The tools we use are teamwork, exercise and learning self-awareness/boundaries and psychological flexibility.
It’s time to usher in a new generation of health practice focused on the female experience.
